Terms of Trade

1. General

These terms apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by DCA General Trading LLC to the Buyer.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required 30% advance and 70% against scan copy of BL. For approved credit accounts, terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice.

3. Claims

Any claims regarding quality or weight must be made within 7 days of the arrival of goods at the destination port. Claims must be supported by an independent surveyor report (SGS or equivalent).
